# White-Label and Custom Domains

> Put your agency's name, logo and domain on the client portal, the invite page and every email your clients receive.

White-label comes in three levels. Each one works on its own, so you can stop after the first.

  White-label is part of the **Agency Plus** plan. Settings live under **Settings → White-label** and are Owner-only.

## 1. Branding

| Setting                                            | Applies to                                                                                 |

| **Product name**                                   | The portal, the invite page and client emails                                              |
| **Accent colour**                                  | Buttons, links and the active menu item                                                    |
| **Logo URL**                                       | A wide PNG or SVG on a transparent background, at least 56 px tall, reachable over `https` |
| **Support email**                                  | The "contact us" link your clients see                                                     |
| **Help URL** and **Docs URL**                      | The Help menu in the portal. Leave one empty and it is left out.                           |
| **From name** / **From address** for client emails | Client reports and invites come from your address                                          |

**Hide the platform name from clients** removes our name from the portal, the invite page and client emails.

  Hiding the platform name covers the client portal, the invite page, client emails and the outreach area. Your own team still signs in through the normal sign-in page.

## 2. Custom domain

Point a hostname of yours at us and your clients open the portal at `reports.agency.com` instead of our address.

    Under **Settings → White-label → Domains**, enter for example `reports.agency.com`. Optionally choose which client it lands on; leave it empty and the visitor picks from the clients they can see.

    The page shows the exact **name** and **value** to add at your DNS provider. Some providers want the name without your domain on the end.

    We check the record every half hour. The certificate is issued automatically once it resolves.

Only the Owner can see the target value.

Removing a domain stops resolving it immediately. Adding it again later starts the check from the beginning.

## 3. Branded client reports

A weekly or monthly report for each client, with your branding, from your address.

Set it up under **Reports → Schedules**, choosing **Client report** and a cadence. It draws on the Clients tab of [Reports](/reports/reports-overview), so it shows the same numbers your client sees in the portal.

## What your client sees

* The portal at your domain, in your colours, with your logo.
* Their own conversations, results and reports.
* Never: senders, sequences, tasks, other clients, costs, or any part of the app that isn't theirs.

## Q: Do client emails come from my domain?

Yes, once you set the **From address** and your domain is verified for sending. Until then they come from the default address with your branding.

## Q: Can different clients have different branding?

Branding is per workspace. Run one workspace per brand if you sell under more than one.
