# Understanding Sender Health: Key Metrics & Their Impact

> How the 0–100 health score is calculated, what each sub-score measures, and how to improve it.

Every sender has a **health score** from 0 to 100. It's the platform's early warning system: when an account starts looking risky to LinkedIn, the score drops, and the platform slows the sender down or pauses it before LinkedIn restricts it.

You'll find the score on the Dashboard, in the Senders list, in the **Health** card on each sender's Overview tab, and as a six-bar chart on its [Insights tab](/senders/sender-insights) — where it also comes with written advice on the weakest one.

## How the score is calculated

The score is the **lowest** of six sub-scores. One weak area is enough to pull the whole score down, so look for the lowest bar.

### Session stability

How reliably the account stays logged in.

* Starts at 100 and loses **25 points for each disconnect** in the last 14 days.
* Loses another **20 points** if the sender isn't connected right now.

**Improve it:** Install the [Chrome extension](/senders/chrome-extension-guide) so sessions reconnect automatically.

### Rejection rate

How often LinkedIn rejects the sender's actions.

| Rejection rate | Score |
| -------------- | ----- |
| Under 1% | 100 |
| Under 3% | 80 |
| Under 6% | 60 |
| Under 10% | 40 |
| 10% or more | 20 |

### Acceptance rate

The share of invitations accepted. It only counts once **20+ invitations** have been sent in 14 days.

| Acceptance | Score |
| ----------- | ----- |
| 35% or more | 100 |
| 25% or more | 85 |
| 15% or more | 65 |
| 8% or more | 45 |
| Below 8% | 25 |

**Improve it:** Target better-fitting leads and personalise the invitation note. A profile visit before inviting also helps.

### Reply rate

The share of messages that get a reply. It only counts once **20+ messages** have been sent.

| Reply rate | Score |
| ----------- | ----- |
| 15% or more | 100 |
| 8% or more | 80 |
| 4% or more | 60 |
| Below 4% | 40 |

### Consistency

How steady the daily volume is. Steady activity scores 100, moderately uneven activity 75, and very uneven activity 50. **A sudden burst after 5+ quiet days drops it to 10.**

**Improve it:** Keep senders working regularly. Don't leave them idle and then enroll a large batch at once.

### Verification

LinkedIn security checkpoints in the last 30 days. None gives 100, one gives 70, and more than one gives 40.

**Improve it:** Keep the proxy in the owner's real country, and deal with checkpoints quickly.

## What the score does

| Score | Color | Effect |
| -------- | ----- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 85–100 | Green | Excellent. 14 days in a row here earns the next warm-up level. |
| 70–84 | Lime | Good. Full daily caps. |
| 50–69 | Amber | All daily caps cut to **60%** |
| Below 50 | Red | Sender **auto-paused for 24 hours** |

## When is it recalculated?

Health is recalculated **every hour**, and again shortly after events such as a disconnect or a rejected action. Managers can also click **Recompute health** on the sender's Overview tab.
