# Sender Profiles

> Monitor status and health, set working hours, adjust caps, reconnect, pause or disable a sender.

## The Senders list

**Senders** lists every connected account with its status, health, warm-up level, proxy country, client, working hours, last sync, and today's invites and messages (used / cap). A count turns amber once the day's cap is reached. Filter by **status** or **client**, and click a row to open the sender.

### Statuses

| Status              | Meaning                                                                     |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Connected**       | Working normally                                                            |
| **Connecting** | Hosted login started but not finished |
| **Re-login needed** | LinkedIn ended the session. Actions are held until the owner logs in again. |
| **Error** | The provider reported a problem. Hover the pill to see the reason. |
| **Paused** | Paused by a manager, or automatically for safety or billing |
| **Disabled**        | Permanently switched off                                                    |

## The sender page

Each sender has the tabs **Overview**, **Insights**, **Activity**, **Schedule**, **Budgets**, **Events**, **Settings**, **Extension** and **Danger**. Only Owners and Managers see the Danger tab.

### Overview

* **Connection**: provider, how it's signed in, last sync, last disconnect, reconnect attempts, and rejections in the last hour (shown in red at 3 or more). Managers get these buttons:
  * **Refresh profile**: pulls the latest name, picture, connection count and Premium status
  * **Resync**: asks the provider to sync the account again
  * **Recompute health**
  * **Plan now**: plans the rest of today's actions instead of waiting for the nightly plan
* **Health**: the overall score and six sub-scores. See [Health score](/getting-started/platform-overview/smart-limits-and-account-safety#health-score).
* **Profile**: warm-up level, connections, plans (Premium, Sales Navigator, Recruiter), timezone and **Proxy country**.
* **Details**: display name, client and owner email.
* **Upcoming actions** (the next 20) and **Recent actions** (the last 20, including any error codes).
* **Why isn't this sending?** runs a full diagnosis — caps, schedule, health, leads — and answers in plain words.
* A **running dry** notice when the sender has fewer than two days of new leads, with **Enrol more leads** and **Add an auto-enrol rule**.

### Insights

Headroom, LinkedIn limit hits, acceptance trend and network growth over 30 days, the warm-up ladder with the date the next level can unlock, a chart of invitations against the cap that applied each day, and written recommendations. See [Sender Insights](/senders/sender-insights).

### Activity

A per-sender activity report: what it sent, what came back, and how that compares with the period before.

### Settings

| Setting                                       | What it does                                                                                                     |
| --------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Display name**, **Client**, **Owner email** | Who this account is and who it belongs to |
| **Alert recipients** | Extra email addresses that get this sender's alerts |
| **Booking link**                              | Used as `{{sender.booking_link}}`. See [Booking](/sequences/creating-managing-sequences/booking-and-call-tasks). |
| **Monthly cost** | Feeds the [Cost report](/reports/reports-overview). Leave empty and it contributes nothing. |
| **Tracking domain** | A [custom domain](/email-management/email-deliverability#custom-tracking-domain) for open and click tracking |

Mailboxes have more: **Belongs to**, **Signature**, **BCC to CRM** and **Track opens and clicks on manual replies**. See [Email deliverability](/email-management/email-deliverability).

### Voice clips

A sender used in a [voice-note step](/sequences/creating-managing-sequences/sequence-nodes#outreach) records its own clip from within the sequence builder, up to 60 seconds. A sender with no clip skips the step.

### Reconnecting

When a sender shows **Re-login needed**, all its actions are held and a **Reconnect sender** task is created.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Send a fresh login link">
    On the Overview tab, click **Send re-login link**. It's emailed to the owner and shown on screen for 15 minutes, with **Copy** and **Open** buttons.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Or retry with the stored cookie">
    If the sender uses the [Chrome extension](/senders/chrome-extension-guide), click **Retry cookie reconnect**. The status updates within a minute.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter a verification code if LinkedIn asks">
    If LinkedIn asks for a security check (a 6-digit code by email or app), enter it under **Verification code (LinkedIn checkpoint)** and click **Submit code**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

The platform also reminds the owner on its own. Extension-connected senders retry up to 4 times, at most once an hour, then send daily reminder emails. Other senders get a re-login link by email daily, up to 3 times.

### Proxy country

Each LinkedIn sender's traffic goes through a proxy in one country, set when it connects. Keep it in the country where the owner really is. You can change it on the Overview tab once the sender is connected. Every change is recorded in the audit log.

### Schedule

Set the sender's **timezone** and **working hours** for each day of the week. See [Sender's Schedule Explained](/senders/senders-schedule-explained).

### Budgets

* **Today**: used, reserved and cap for each action type, in the sender's local date. Reserved means already scheduled but not yet sent.
* **Weekly invitations**: used out of 150 for the week, starting Monday.
* **Manual caps**: set a lower daily limit for any action. Leave a field empty to use the automatic value. You can't enter a value above the platform ceiling, and a value above the level cap has no effect because the lower limit applies.
* **Last 14 days** of usage, and the **Warm-up caps** table with the current level highlighted.

### Events

A timeline of status changes, health recalculations, proxy, schedule and cap edits, checkpoints and pauses. Use **Show details** to see the raw data for an entry.

### Danger

* **Pause sender**: stops planning new actions. Queued actions stay queued until you **Resume**. A sender paused for billing resumes by itself once the subscription is active.
* **Disable sender…**: cancels every queued action, ends all live enrollments, and stops syncing. Conversations and history stay readable. You can also choose to:

  * **Delete the connected account** (permanent)
  * **Purge stored secrets**, such as stored cookies (on by default)

  To confirm, type the sender's display name.
