# Subscription Management

> Upgrade, change plan, update your card and understand how active senders are counted.

Only the workspace **Owner** can manage billing. Go to **Settings → Billing**.

## Subscribe or change plan

1. Go to **Settings → Billing**.
2. Choose a plan and click **Upgrade**. If you already have a subscription, the button says **Change plan**.
3. Complete checkout. The quantity is set to your current number of active senders (at least 1).

If you cancel checkout, nothing is charged.

## Update your card, get invoices or cancel

Click **Manage billing**. From there you can update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel your subscription.

## How you're charged

You're charged for your **peak number of active senders each day** in the billing period. **Any sender that isn't Disabled counts**, including paused senders. Usage is recorded nightly and invoiced at the end of the period. Mailboxes beyond those included are billed as add-ons.

The Billing page shows:

* **Active senders**: LinkedIn and mailboxes, right now
* **Peak active (30d)**
* **Usage (last 30 days)**: one row per day

**Tip:** To stop paying for a sender you no longer use, [disable it](/senders/sender-profiles#danger). Pausing doesn't lower the count.

## Q: I added billing but still can't connect more senders

Refresh the page after checkout. The 3-sender limit only applies to trial workspaces, and it's lifted once the subscription is active. If it's still blocked, check that **Settings → Billing** shows your new plan.

## Q: Who can see billing?

Only the **Owner**. Other roles see a message that only the Owner can view billing. Everyone can see the current plan name under **Settings → Workspace**.
