Everything on this page is set per mailbox on the sender’s page, or workspace-wide under Settings → Email & booking. Put {{unsubscribe_link}} in any email step. It is filled in when the email is sent.
  • Each link is signed for one lead. One click is enough — there is no login and no form.
  • It sets the lead’s Unsubscribed flag, which ends their live enrollments across the workspace and blocks future outreach on every channel.
  • The link is never rewritten for click tracking, so it stays short and trustworthy.
  • Each unsubscribe fires the lead.unsubscribed webhook.
  • The one-click unsubscribe header is sent alongside it, for mail clients that offer their own button.
The pre-launch check warns you (W_NO_UNSUBSCRIBE) when an email step has no unsubscribe link. It is a warning, not a block, but there are very few good reasons to ignore it.
Unsubscribing keeps the lead, the timeline and the conversation. Nothing is deleted.

Signature

Each mailbox has its own Signature (HTML allowed, plain text works too). Use it as {{sender.signature}} in an email step. A preview sits under the field.

Mailbox rotation

An email step can send from a pool of the sender’s mailboxes rather than one fixed address, splitting the volume evenly. A contact who has been emailed before always gets the same mailbox again, so a thread never appears to change sender. Link a mailbox to the person who owns it with Belongs to on the mailbox settings. That is what makes “the sender’s own mailboxes” a meaningful pool. A mailbox with nobody set is a shared mailbox.

Separate email schedule

A mailbox has its own working hours, independent of the LinkedIn sender it belongs to. Email at 07:00 is normal; a LinkedIn invitation at 07:00 is less so. Set it on the mailbox’s Schedule tab, exactly as for a LinkedIn sender.

BCC to your CRM

Set BCC to CRM on a mailbox — for example 12345@bcc.hubspot.com. Every email from that mailbox is copied there. HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce all log email this way, which gives you CRM logging without any integration. For real two-way sync, see CRM Sync.

Tracking on manual replies

Automated email steps track opens and clicks by default. A one-to-one reply you write in the Inbox does not need a tracking pixel, and it can hurt deliverability. Track opens and clicks on manual replies is therefore off by default. Set it per mailbox, or leave it following the workspace default.

Custom tracking domain

Open and click tracking rewrites the links in your emails. With your own domain, those links read link.agency.com/… instead of a shared tracking host — better for both trust and deliverability.
1

Choose a hostname

Under Settings → Email & booking, enter a subdomain you use for nothing else, for example link.agency.com.
2

Add the CNAME

Point it at s1.lnk-fllw.com. The page shows the exact record.
3

We check the DNS

The status moves from pending DNS to awaiting approval once the record resolves.
4

The email provider approves it

This step is done by hand on their side and is not instant. The status becomes active when it is done, and your emails start using your domain.
Until it is active, the default tracking domain is used, so nothing breaks while you wait.
Each domain is approved by hand by the email provider, so this is an Agency and white-label plan feature. Removing a domain and adding it again later means going through approval again.
