GrowthxAI Outreach has three plans. All of them are charged per active sender.

For current prices, see Settings → Billing in the app. Email is included in every plan, not sold separately. AI is included too: the platform’s key covers reply classification, drafts, AI variables and AI routing. If you would rather not share a quota at all, bring your own key at no charge.
When AI is unavailable, a step never fails because of it. The fallback text is sent, and the lead carries on.

Free trial

  • Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial.
  • The trial allows up to 3 senders.
  • No card is needed.
The Billing page shows how many trial days are left. If the trial ends without a subscription, senders are paused (reason trial expired) until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.

What counts as an active sender?

Any LinkedIn account or mailbox that isn’t Disabled. You’re charged for your peak number of active senders each day in the billing period, and invoiced at the end of the period. Mailboxes beyond those included are billed as add-ons.

Q: Which plan do I need for a client-facing view?

Agency or higher. It includes clients and the client viewer portal, so your customers can see their own conversations and results.

Q: Which plan do I need for webhooks or the API?

Agency Plus, which covers outbound webhooks, the public API and CRM sync.

Q: What happens to my senders if a payment fails?

The workspace goes read-only and senders pause. When the payment goes through, senders resume on their own — nobody has to restart each one by hand. Nothing is deleted in the meantime.
