Reports is the tab next to AI review. It answers “is this working?” without a spreadsheet. Everything on the page comes from the same calculations the Dashboard, the client portal, the Claude connector and the public API use. There is no second set of numbers to disagree with. See How each number is counted.

The bar at the top

The range, tab and client are kept in the page’s address, so a link to a report is a link to those exact numbers.
Days are calendar days in the workspace timezone, set under Settings → Workspace. Change it and every report shifts with it. Ranges include both end dates.

Tabs

Sent, accepted, replied, interested and meetings over the period, each against the previous period of the same length. Below that, a daily chart and a split by channel (LinkedIn versus email).
Enrolled → invited → accepted → messaged → replied → interested → meeting → won, with the conversion at each step and the median time between them. The funnel follows the leads enrolled in the period through every later stage, whenever that stage happened. A lead enrolled on the last day of the range still counts in the first row, even if they reply next week.Filter by sequence, sender, client, list or tag.
Replies broken down by intent — interested, question, not now, not interested, out of office, wrong person, unclear — over time and by sequence, step, sender and variant. The two headline numbers are positive reply rate and negative reply rate. Out-of-office auto-replies are left out of both denominators.Click any number to open the Inbox filtered to exactly those conversations.
Every sequence with its volume, rates and per-step drop-off, plus a callout for the best and worst performing step. Sequences running an A/B test show their variant results here.
Volume, acceptance rate, reply rate, health trend and restrictions per sender, so you can see which accounts are carrying the results. Deeper per-sender analysis is on the sender’s Insights tab.
The same views, per client. This is what feeds the client portal and the branded client report. Shown only when the workspace has clients.
Cost per reply, per interested reply and per meeting. Two inputs you control:
  • Monthly cost per sender, set on each sender’s settings. Cost for a period is monthly cost × days ÷ 30 for every sender that was connected.
  • Deal value on a stage, set under Leads → Manage → Stages.
Return on spend is only shown once the workspace has entered deal values. Nothing is guessed. Hidden from client viewers.

Export and email

  • Export CSV sits on every table and exports the rows as shown, with the filters applied.
  • Schedules (managers) controls three emails:
New workspaces start with a weekly digest and a weekly sender report. Turn either off in the drawer.
Scheduled emails need notification email to be configured for the platform. If nothing arrives, an Owner can check the email row under Settings → Workspace → Platform setup.

Who sees what

Reports respects your role and client scope, exactly as the rest of the app does. A member limited to one client sees that client’s numbers. A client viewer sees their own client and no Cost tab.

Q: Why does a rate show “n/a”?

Because its denominator is zero for that range — no invitations sent, so no acceptance rate. It is not the same as 0%, so it isn’t shown as 0%.

Q: Yesterday’s number changed. Why?

Volume is finalised nightly and today is read live, so today’s figures move as the day goes on. Replies, intents and acceptances are always read live, because you can correct an intent at any time and the report should follow.
