What is the sender’s schedule?
The schedule sets the days and times when a sender can carry out sequence steps, such as profile views, invitations, messages and emails, and run imports.- By default, every sender works Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, with weekends off.
- Every action is given a random time within the window, so nothing goes out on a round minute or in a burst.
- The start and end of each day’s window also vary by a few minutes.
- A day with no working hours has a daily limit of 0.
How to change the schedule
- Go to Senders and open the sender.
- Open the Schedule tab.
- Choose the Timezone. The page shows the sender’s current local time so you can check it.
- For each day, set it to Off or add one or more time windows with + Add window.
- Click Copy Monday to Tue–Fri to repeat Monday’s hours on the other weekdays.
- Click Save.
Only Owners and Managers can change a sender’s schedule.
Mailboxes have their own schedule
A mailbox is a sender in its own right, with its own working hours, even when it belongs to a LinkedIn sender. Email at 07:00 is unremarkable; a LinkedIn invitation at 07:00 is less so, so it is worth setting them differently.Best practices
- Match the sender’s real working hours and timezone.
- Keep weekends off, unless the account owner really works then.
- Keep the timezone consistent with the proxy country. If they don’t match, the Schedule tab shows a warning.
Aligning sequences with the schedule
Each sequence has a Use sender schedule toggle in its top bar. It’s on by default, which means sequence steps only run inside each sender’s working hours. Leave it on.Troubleshooting common issues
1. “Nothing queued” on the sender page- Actions are only planned while the sender is Connected. Tomorrow’s actions are filled in by the nightly planner.
- Windows can’t overlap, times must be in HH:MM format, and each window must start before it ends.
- The timezone is probably wrong.
