How leads are matched
Each person is stored once per workspace. A new lead is matched against existing leads by:- LinkedIn identifier: the part after
linkedin.com/in/(upper and lower case count as the same) - Otherwise work email
- Otherwise personal email
Finding leads
- Search by name, company, headline, identifier or email.
- Filter by client, list, stage, tag, and do-not-contact status (DNC). Use Clear to reset.
- Filter on profile data once leads have been enriched: past company, skill, school, profile language, follower count, or posted in the last N days.
- Save view stores the current filters as a chip at the top of the list. Saved views are kept in your browser for this workspace.
Adding a lead by hand
Click New lead and paste a LinkedIn URL or identifier, or enter an email. You can also set names, company, title, headline, emails, client, list and stage. If the lead already exists, the details are merged.Lists, stages and tags
Use Manage to create, rename, color or delete these:Bulk actions
Tick leads to open the bulk bar. It offers Add tag, Remove tag, Set list, Set stage, Set client, Mark DNC, Clear DNC, Enrol in sequence, Enrich, Generate AI lines and Delete.- Enrich collects profile data for the selected leads, using leftover capacity only. Anything enriched in the last 90 days is skipped.
- Generate AI lines writes an AI variable for them, ready for review.
Bulk actions work on up to 10,000 leads at a time.
