Click any lead to open their profile. The header shows their name, headline, company, location, LinkedIn link, emails and phone, with badges for Do not contact, Unsubscribed and Open profile (the lead can receive InMail for free). Header buttons: Enrol, Mark DNC / Clear DNC, Re-enrich, and Delete. Enrol is disabled while the lead is marked DNC. A lead who replied and is being held for review shows a notice at the top, with Resume and Exit on it.

Senders & relation state

This table shows each sender’s relationship with this lead: The table also shows when an invite was sent (with or without a note), accepted or withdrawn, the last outbound and inbound messages, and whether they replied or an email bounced.

Sequence enrollments

Every sequence the lead has been in, with its status, current step, the sender, what it’s waiting for, and when it started and ended. Live enrollments can be paused, resumed or exited. When you exit one you can add an optional reason, such as booked a meeting.

Enrollment statuses

Profile data

Once the lead has been enriched, a Profile data card shows About, current role, past roles, education, skills, languages and recent posts, with the date it was collected. Re-enrich forces a fresh read. Anything collected in the last 90 days is otherwise left alone. A section that came back empty is treated as unknown, never as “this person has none”.

Queued actions

Queued actions lists what is planned for this lead next. On each row:
  • View / edit — the stored template and the preview for this lead. Edit the text and it is sent exactly as written.
  • Send at — move it to a different time.
  • Skip this step — cancel that one action; the lead carries on.
Steps are planned a day or two ahead, so an empty list is normal. To stop the sequence for this lead, exit the enrollment instead.

Conversations and timeline

  • Conversations lists every chat with this lead across senders, with its intent and unread count. Click one to open it in the Inbox.
  • Timeline shows everything that happened in order: actions, messages, enrollment events, tasks, AI routing decisions with their reason, milestones and bookings.
  • Recent actions shows the last 30 planned or executed actions, with their status and any error.

Details, tags and custom fields

  • Details: edit names, headline, company, title, location, emails, client, list and stage.
  • Tags: add or remove tags.
  • Custom fields: add key/value pairs. Numbers and true/false values are stored as such. Use them in messages as {{custom.key}}. See Personalization.
