The Dashboard is the first tab under Outreach. It shows the current workspace’s senders, how much they’ve sent, and what needs a person to act.

Setting up a new workspace

Until a workspace has a sender, leads and a sequence, the Dashboard shows a checklist titled Welcome — let’s get you set up (or Finish setting up once you’ve started). Each finished step turns green.
Senders warm up gradually, so connect them as early as you can. A new account starts on low daily limits that rise over the following weeks. See How sending works.
Client viewers never see the checklist.

Quick actions

The header has three buttons: Connect sender, Import leads and New sequence. Connect sender and New sequence are shown to Owners and Managers only. Quick actions are hidden for client viewers and in a suspended workspace.

What’s on the page

  • Sent today: everything sent by all senders in the last 24 hours.
  • Queued (next 24h): actions already scheduled for the next day.
  • Live enrollments: leads currently moving through a sequence.
  • Leads: total leads in the workspace.
One tile per sender. Each tile shows:
  • The sender’s name, provider and warm-up Level
  • Its health score, color-coded
  • A status pill: Connected, Connecting, Re-login needed, Error, Paused or Disabled. Hover it to see the reason.
  • An auto-paused badge if the platform paused it
  • Today’s usage against the daily limit for Invites, Messages and Views
Click a tile to open the sender. All senders opens the Senders tab.
Invites sent, Accepted, Messages sent and Replies, with acceptance and reply rates. These come from the same calculations as the Reports page, so the Dashboard, Reports, the client portal, Claude and the API always agree. For anything beyond a headline, open Reports.
Shortcuts into filtered views:
  • Replies awaiting action: unread conversations marked Interested
  • Unread conversations
  • Open tasks (hidden from client viewers)
  • AI drafts awaiting review (hidden from client viewers)
  • AI lines awaiting review: lines written ahead of time on the AI review tab (hidden from client viewers)
Anything with a problem, each with the reason and a link. When nothing is wrong it reads Everything looks healthy.Alerts resolve on their own when the cause goes away, so there is no dismiss button. See Stall alerts.

The tabs

Client viewers see Dashboard, Inbox, Leads and Reports only.

Switching workspaces

The workspace switcher sits at the top left of the Outreach area (on mobile, under Outreach in the sidebar). It lists every workspace you belong to with your role in each. Choose + New workspace to create another one. You switch to it straight away, and the app remembers the workspace you used last.
A red banner means the workspace is suspended for non-payment: senders are paused and everything is read-only. An amber banner means payment is past due, and the workspace becomes read-only 7 days after the failed payment. Both link to Update billing. See Billing.
