How many invitations can a sender send per day?

It depends on the sender’s warm-up level. A new LinkedIn sender starts at level 0, which allows 4 invitations a day, and can reach 45 a day at level 5. There’s also a limit of 150 invitations a week per sender, and a platform maximum of 80 a day that can never be raised. See Smart Limits & Account Safety for the full table.

Can I raise a sender’s limits?

No. You can only lower them, from the sender’s Budgets tab. Limits rise automatically as the sender warms up and stays healthy.

Why is my free LinkedIn account stuck at level 1?

Free (non-Premium) LinkedIn accounts can never go above level 1. Only Premium LinkedIn accounts and mailboxes can reach level 5. Free accounts also have a small monthly allowance of invitations with a note.

Does the platform run 24/7?

No. Each sender only works inside its own working hours, in its own timezone. The default is Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. Every action is given a random time within those hours. See Sender’s Schedule Explained.

What happens when a lead replies?

Every sequence that lead is in stops straight away, whichever sender or channel they answered on, and everything queued for them is cancelled. An email reply stops the LinkedIn follow-up too. The reply appears in the Inbox with an AI-assigned intent, such as Interested or Not now. If the intent is Interested or Question, a follow-up task is created for you. Two exceptions worth knowing: an out-of-office reply pauses the lead and resumes them after 7 days (or on the return date), and a sequence set to hold for review pauses the lead rather than ending them, so you can resume it with one click.

Does AI write my messages?

Only if you ask it to, and only with your approval.
  • AI variables write a per-lead line ahead of time. You read them all in one table and approve the ones you like; anything unapproved sends your fallback text instead. See AI variables.
  • AI drafts in a step become a task for a teammate to edit, approve or reject.
  • AI routing chooses a path, not words. Your copy is still your copy.
There is no setting anywhere that lets AI-written text send without a person.

Can I edit a campaign while it’s running?

Yes. Your edits go into an auto-saved draft that no live lead ever sees. When you Publish, you’re told exactly how many leads are affected and you choose whether the change reaches leads already in flight or only new ones. See Drafts and publishing.

A lead failed at a step. Can I retry?

Yes — Retry this step, Skip this step or Exit, one lead or 500 at a time. There is deliberately no “restart from top”, because that would re-send every message the lead already had. See Recover failed leads.

Will I be told if a campaign stops sending?

Yes. A sequence with live leads that sends nothing for a day raises a stalled alert, and a sender with fewer than two days of leads left raises running dry. Both appear on the Dashboard, go out by email and fire a webhook, and both clear on their own. You can also click Why isn’t this sending? at any time. See Stall alerts.

Does AI send messages on its own?

Never. AI-written invitations, messages and comments always become a Review AI draft task. A teammate edits, approves or rejects each one. See How Manual Tasks and AI Draft Approvals Work.

Do replies from the Inbox count against daily limits?

No. Manual replies are not limited.

Can I connect a LinkedIn account that belongs to someone else?

Yes, with their consent. Send them the hosted login link instead of opening it yourself, so they log in with their own password and the proxy is set to their country. See How to Securely Connect Someone Else’s LinkedIn Account.

Why does LinkedIn log my sender out?

LinkedIn ends sessions from time to time for security reasons. When this happens the sender shows Re-login needed and holds its actions until it’s reconnected. To reconnect automatically, install the Chrome extension.

Can I delete a sequence?

Only draft or archived sequences can be deleted. To stop an active sequence, Archive it. This ends its live enrollments but keeps the steps and history.

How do I stop someone from ever being contacted?

  • For one lead: open their profile and click Mark DNC (do not contact).
  • For a whole company, an email domain or a list of people: add them to Blacklists, scoped to the workspace, one client or one sequence.
Nothing is deleted either way. The lead, the timeline and the conversation stay, and you can still reply by hand.

A teammate didn’t receive their invitation. What should I do?

  1. Ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
  2. In Settings → Members, click Resend on the pending invitation, or copy the link and send it to them yourself.
  3. Make sure they sign in with the same email the invitation was sent to.
Invitations are valid for 7 days.
