Tasks are the things the platform needs a person to do. The Tasks tab shows a count of open tasks. Client viewers don’t have access to it.

The task list

Use the Open and Completed tabs, and filter by:
  • Kind: Manual step, Call, Follow-up, Review AI draft, Held reply or Reconnect sender
  • Anyone / Assigned to me
  • Client, when the workspace has clients
Overdue due dates show in red. You can change the assignee inline, or tick several rows and use the bar at the bottom to assign them all at once. Click a task to open it in a side drawer with the lead, the sender and the assignee.

Task kinds

Created when a sequence reaches an AI draft + approval step, or any invite, message or comment step that has an AI brief. Nothing AI-written is sent until someone approves it.The drawer shows the Brief and the draft. Drafting usually takes under a minute. Then:
  • Edit the text as needed. The counter shows the limit for that step type; invite notes are shorter on free LinkedIn accounts.
  • Approve & send queues it on the sender, subject to the usual daily limits and schedule.
  • Regenerate asks for a new draft.
  • Reject skips the step, and the sequence moves on.
If no draft appears after 60 seconds, AI drafting may not be set up for the workspace. You can write the text yourself and approve it. An Owner can check the AI status under Settings → Workspace → Platform setup.
The Tasks tab has no New task button. To create a task by hand, open a conversation in the Inbox and use + Create task in the Lead panel, or ask Claude through the connector.

Waiting without a task

An enrollment can also be waiting for something nobody has to do. The lead page names which:

AI lines are reviewed somewhere else

Review AI draft tasks are for text drafted at the moment a step runs. Lines written ahead of time by an AI variable are reviewed in bulk on the AI review tab instead, which is far quicker at 500 leads. Both follow the same rule: nothing AI-written is sent until a person approves it.
