Open Versions from the builder’s top bar. Every save or publish that changes the steps creates a new version. The table shows each version’s number, when it was saved and by whom, its step count, the note whoever published it left, and how it differs from the current version: +N steps only in this version, −N steps only in the current one, and ~N changed. Hover the counts to see step names.

Which leads are on which version

Each row shows how many live leads are still running on that version. A lead is pinned to an older version when someone published with New leads only — the in-flight leads finish the flow they started, and only new leads get the change. Move these leads to the latest version brings a pinned group forward. They continue from the step they’re on, so make sure that step still exists in the latest version.

Restore

Managers can click Restore this version. The old steps are copied to a new version (for example, restoring v3 when the current version is v7 creates v8). The pool, settings and name don’t change.
If the sequence is active, the restored version must pass validation, and live enrollments continue from the step they’re on. Make sure the restored version still has the steps those enrollments are on.
