Not every invitation gets accepted. The Rotate sender step lets another sender in your pool try the same lead, so one unanswered invitation doesn’t end the conversation.

How it works

When a lead reaches a Rotate sender step:
  1. Their current enrollment is completed with the reason rotated.
  2. A new enrollment is created for the same lead with the next sender in the pool.
  3. The new enrollment starts at the step you chose in Restart from.
A lead can only have one live enrollment per sender, so rotation never doubles up on the same account.

Typical use case

If sender A’s invitation isn’t accepted within 14 days, it’s withdrawn, and sender B sends a fresh invitation.

Rotate sender vs. Change sender

Q: Does the pool need more than one sender?

Yes. With only one sender in the pool, there’s nobody to rotate to.
